Electrical Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you'll report directly to the Director and VP in a client-facing role that requires building strong relationships both in and outside the office. You'll develop through hands-on experience, peer collaboration, and ongoing technical training.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesEnsure all company, client, and project policies/procedures are followed as specified.Generate estimates, prepare and review project proposal or plan to determine and establish a time frame, work plan, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing the project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various project phasesOversee the project through administrative direction of on-site supervision to ensure the project is built following design, budget, and scheduleActively interfacing with the customer to validate expectations are understood and met before, during, and after project completionPlan, coordinate, and/or manage activities of all company personnel and subcontractors on assigned project(s)Generate billings and lead the collections process for projectsFrequent project visits with field supervision and other personnel to understand progress, needs, or issues.
