SUMMARY Responsible for ensuring that incoming materials are received,properly stored, and issued to end-users.Assures that Sales Orders and Stock Transfers are filled and shipped according to Standard Operating Procedures. Supervisory Responsibilities None. Duties Receives materials from Manufacturing and Receiving; issues materials from Stores to Manufacturing; and makes internal deliveries. Stages materials for Sales Orders and Stock Transfers; packages for shipment and boxes per SOP's or customer instructions. Works closely with the other departments to ensuretimelyandaccurateshipment of materials to our customers. Cycle counts active and non-nettable inventory as directed by Materials management. Ensures that inventory andcycle-countsare accurate. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. 70% inside, open warehouse environment, and 30% outside-yard environment; where temperatures during the year range from very cold (20s) in the winter, to very hot (110+) in the summer Frequentlylifting upto 50 pounds, and occasional lifting up to 100 pounds with assistance. Must wear safety glasses and hearing protection whererequired, and face shield while building crates and while using packaging foam equipment. Tasks require walking, sitting, bending, reaching, mobility,frequentliftingand pushing/pulling.Work requires computer skills (word processing, spreadsheet, and data-entry), attention to detail and accuracy.Communication skills including listening and speaking arerequiredfor interaction with other employees, vendors, and customers. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to balance multipletasksand any stress associated with the duties and responsibilities of this position are essential requirements in the performance of this job. Secondary duties with added requirements may be assigned from time to time. Ability to read Sales Orders, Stock Transfers, and Job Packets to pull required materials from stores. Able to work overtime and six days per week whenrequired. Education and/or Experience Any combination of education,trainingand experience equivalent to graduation from High School, or that would provide required knowledge,skilland ability to successfully perform the assigned job duties. Language Skills Goodverbaland written communication skills. Mathematical Skills Basicmathematics skills. Reasoning Ability Able to work in a fast-paced shop, with quickly changing work priorities, and with minimal interaction to complete assignments on time.
