AM Restaurant Line Cook – Full‑time role. Schedule: typical AM to mid‑shift coverage 5:30 am–2 pm. Responsibilities Produce a consistent, quality product that meets and exceeds guests’ expectations in a timely manner. Work solo shifts after an appropriate amount of training. Operate in a fast‑paced environment that requires strong customer service skills. Communicate with the culinary team and front‑of‑house team. Read tickets accurately. Maintain a solid understanding of food safety and sanitation. Prepare all ingredients needed for the menu pre‑service and execute à‑la‑cart orders throughout the night. Experience A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment. 2 years of previous line experience preferred. Capable of standing for long periods of time. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Perform all basic cooking skills. Work a single station in the kitchen. Takes pride in a job well done. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, weekends, and potential holidays. Fun and energized person with a creative mindset.
