Helmed by Chef Brian Limoges, Enclos has just received a Three-Star Michelin rating within our first 18 months of opening, as well as the Green Star for our sustainability efforts. We offer an intimate, nightly Chef's tasting menu, Wednesday through Saturday. In partnership with Stone Edge Farm Estate Vineyard and Winery, our wine program highlights estate wines alongside incredible producers from California and abroad.    

At Enclos, we believe that truly world-class service comes from a place of warmth, teamwork, and genuine care. As a  Back Waiter , you will work side-by-side with our Captains and sommeliers, playing a huge role in making our guests feel right at home while executing a seamless service.   

Position Qualifications & Summary  

• The Ideal Candidate: You love hospitality, bring a positive energy to the floor, and notice the little things. You are excited to learn about local food and wine, and you genuinely enjoy lifting up your teammates.
• The Role : You are the engine that keeps our dining room moving gracefully. In this role, you’ll support the Captain, run food, mark tables for upcoming courses, and assist with our beverage program.
• Responsibilities : You'll help us open and close the dining room each night. During service, you’ll have a deep knowledge of each course, run food, mark tables with appropriate flatware and glassware for each course, pour water, be able to sauce tableside, and keep an eye out for how to assist our guests for a memorable evening.  

Required Skills  

• Attention to Detail : Noticing when a glass needs refilling, awareness of guests' body language, clearing tables, firing courses. 
• Teamwork : A supportive spirit who loves working as a unit to get things done. Strong communication is a must.
• Good Communication : Being clear and respectful with the kitchen, your fellow servers, and our guests.
• Pacing : Knowing how to move with a sense of urgency without ever looking rushed.
• Warm Hospitality : A friendly, welcoming presence that makes guests feel comfortable.
• Eagerness to Learn : A curiosity about wine, pairings, and local ingredients.
• Grace Under Pressure : Keeping your cool and a smile on your face when the dining room gets busy.  

Compensation & Benefits  

• Compensation : $25.00 - $30.00 hourly plus tips.
• Schedule : Dinner service only, Wednesday through Saturday.
• Benefits : Includes Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance, accrued vacation time, and a 401(k) plan.
