We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Self Storage Site Supervisor for our team (8 to 10 hours/week). This is a hands-on role perfect for a self-starter who enjoys variety. You will be the primary point of contact for the facility, responsible for balancing property maintenance (cleaning units, light repairs, security checks) with customer sales (handling walk-in rentals) and site administration (using Cubby Storage software and Google tools). If you are tech-savvy, organized, and have strong customer service skills, we want to hear from you!

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Property Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure cleanliness and maintenance of all areas.
• Common Area Management: Ensure that common areas are well maintained and presentable.
• Unit Readiness: Clean storage units and prepare them for rental.
• Lock Assignments: Assign locks to new rentals and manage lock inventory.
• Security Monitoring: Monitor the security of the property to ensure the safety of tenants and their belongings.
• Over locking Units: Over lock units as necessary in compliance with company policies.
• Handy Work: Perform light maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Walk-In Rentals: Assist customers with walk-in rentals and inquiries.
• Software Management: Utilize Tenant Inc software for rental management and record-keeping.
• Communication: Utilize Google Chats for internal communication and reporting.
• Marketing: Assist in marketing efforts to attract new tenants.
• Monitoring Metrics: Keep track of rental rates and occupancy levels to optimize facility performance.

 

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in property management or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic handyman skills and the ability to perform light repairs.
• Familiarity with property management software (experience with Cubby Storage is a plus).
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Must be tech-savvy and comfortable using various software and digital communication tools, including Google Meet, Google Sheets, Google Drive, etc

 

Schedule:

• Part-time hours 8 to 10 hrs per week.
