What You’ll Bring
- Strong knowledge of distribution operations and ERP systems (Epicor Prophet 21 experience is a big plus — we’ll train the right person)
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to connect with people at every level
- Excellent communication skills — you listen, speak, write, and align teams naturally
- Sharp organization and the discipline to turn ideas into measurable results
- High energy, confidence, and grit to tackle tough challenges
- 3+ years in distribution (operations, accounting, sales, consulting, or ERP/supply chain)
