• Development of algorithms for radar signal processing techniques such as Kalman filtering, probabilistic and statistical modeling, and measurement processing from pulsed-Doppler waveforms
• Design of algorithms that process signal returns into discriminated targets and track targets through mission timeline
• Define system performance requirements and ensure interface definition supports various functional components of the seeker's and missile's architecture
• Conduct analysis to optimize total system-of-systems performance and/or system architecture as applied to algorithmic functionality pertaining to the acquisition and tracking of targets
• Conduct analysis on seeker simulation data to identify areas of improvement and guide recommendations for system robustness in the presence of challenging operational environments
• Review and modify the application of general digital signal processing techniques to the processing of reradiated signal content to ensure accurate signal characteristic identification
• Support the tactical implementation of algorithm designs into Ada or C++ software
