Salary: $23-$32/hr

The Press Brake Operator will be responsible for operating a variety of equipment to ensure the production of our high quality, durable parts. The operator will also be responsible for ensuring that all production areas are kept clean and orderly at all times. We have several Brake Press Operator openings in the WEST metro! In this role you will be operating a variety of machines including but not limited to - CNC power press brakes, power shears, CNC Power Shear, CNC Turret Punch Punch and others.

1st Shift: 5:00am - 3:30pm; Monday - Thursday

2nd Shift: 3:30pm - 2:00am; Monday - Thursday

Duties:
- Set up and operate press brake machines to bend, form, and straighten sheet metal according to blueprints and job specifications.
- Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and tape measures to ensure accuracy of bends and dimensions.
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders to determine machine setup and production requirements.
- Select and install appropriate tooling for each job.
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Assemble and fabricate sheet metal components as needed.
- Perform routine maintenance on press brake machines.
- Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area.

Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating press brake machines.
- Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and tape measures.
- Ability to use hand tools effectively.
- Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication techniques.
