In this vital role, the Clinician - All Ages will provide direct clinical assessment and clinical intervention for child, adolescent, and adults of the program.

The Clinician will:

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations, including developing treatment plan and goals in collaboration with the consumer.
• Collaborate with treatment team and other providers to establish treatment plan and disposition.
• Provide direct therapeutic intervention.
• Maintain regular communication with treatment team and collateral providers/case managers as necessary. This may include attending planning or case management meetings regarding consumers.
• Provides crisis management for clients on caseload and other outpatient center clients as necessary.

Our ideal candidate will be comfortable working with individuals across the lifespan and has experience or a strong interest in supporting diverse populations, especially those impacted by substance use challenges and co-occurring disorders.

Schedule: Full time, 40 hours

Salary:

• Unlicensed Clinician - $61,800.12/salaried
• Independent Licensure - $64,890.17/salaried

Required Skills

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Must be able to work as a member of a team and to function independently

Required Experience

• Masters Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling
• One year of experience specific to the clinician's training and expertise
• Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths (CANS) certified
• Must meet all requirements to leading to an active professional license in the individual's professional discipline, including, but not limited to, continuing education, ethical requirements, etc.
