Customer Service Representative

Job Description
Full Time 9:30 am- 6:00 pm
Monday through Saturday (alternating every other Saturday shift 6:00 am to 2:30 pm)
Pay Rate $19.00 an hour Meet Your Recruiter North Hollywood Branch

- Helping applicants fill out their employment application
- Answering phone calls
- Recruiting temporary employees
- Data entry
- Frequent cold-calling and appointment setting
- Call existing customers to generate repeat sales
- Assist with dispatch by preparing work ticket, distributing safety equipment, selecting employees for job assignments, and directing them to the job site location
- Drive temporary workers and from job sites as needed (mileage compensated)
- Assist in processing payroll
- Must be Bi-lingual (Spanish and English)
- Must be able to work under pressure and in a high pace environment
- Individual must have strong communication/client relationship building skills, and excellent phone personality
- Be professional under tough circumstances
- Polite and friendly
- Have a positive can-do attitude
- Valid drivers license
- Fully vaccinated
- Must be able to pass the background check and drug screening
