Branch Manager
- Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
- $18/hr
- Zero Fees - you'll never be charged for any screening service

- Weekly Pay
- 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (1st shift), Mon-Fri with possible evening and weekend shifts during peak seasons
- Respond to incoming calls professionally and courteously
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests
- Contact customers for sales, surveys, follow-ups, or appointment reminders
- Accurately document customer interactions in the company's database
- Ability to land new clients
- Follow all policies and safety procedures in place
- Complete any other related tasks as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required
- Bilingual a plus, but not required
- Must be able to communicate in English
- Previous customer service or call center experience a plus
- Must have general reading and writing abilities
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
