Pride Health is hiring a Phlebotomist III - Floater to support our client's healthcare facility in Kenosha, WI. This is a 13 weeks contract role (with high possibility of extension or conversion) offering a great opportunity for experience to excel in a dynamic environment. Interested? Apply Today!
Job Details:Schedule: Monday–Friday; any 8-hour shift varies between 5:30 AM and 5:00 PM
Saturday Requirement: Rotating Saturdays; when working Saturday, a weekday off will be provided. The weekday off cannot be guaranteed in advance. Location: Kenosha, WI 53142

Pay Range: 24/Hour - 25.75/Hour
*Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education. Duties:
- Perform accurate and efficient venipuncture and specimen collection.
- Conduct blood draws for patients across a wide range of age groups, including pediatric and geriatric patients.
- Perform clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing according to established procedures.
- Verify patient demographic information and ensure specimen labels accurately match patient information and requisitions.
- Obtain and verify required patient signatures following venipuncture.
- Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing and transportation.
- Explain collection procedures clearly and help create a comfortable, trusting environment.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, dress code, health and safety requirements, and quality standards.
- Adapt to varying staffing needs and provide coverage at multiple locations with minimal notice.
- Manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Years of experience: Minimum 4 years of phlebotomy experience required
- Skills/Specialties/Technology: Experience with pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections. #PHCHVAlliedZip
