Adelphi is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide early intervention support services for Monroe County Department of Public Health. The ideal candidate will provide developmental monitoring and healthcare provider education by performing parent outreach, developmental tracking, and referral education through community-based and office-based engagement. This role supports early childhood intervention efforts by ensuring timely developmental monitoring, accurate documentation, and increased awareness of Early Intervention services among healthcare providers.
