This role is primarily responsible for operating a telehandler to move materials, maintain efficient workflow, and assist with basic quality checks.This is a great opportunity for candidates with equipment operation experience looking for stable, long-term employment with growth potential.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate a telehandler to move, load, and position materials safely and efficientlyTransport materials between production, storage, and shipping areasLoad and unload trucks while ensuring accuracy and safetyMaintain proper material flow and organization throughout the facilityPerform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needsAssist with basic quality checks and visual inspections of materialsIdentify and separate damaged or non-conforming materialsSupport inventory tracking and documentation as neededFollow all safety guidelines and standard operating proceduresMaintain a clean and organized work environmentQualifications1–3 years of experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or industrial environmentExperience operating heavy equipment such as a telehandler, forklift, or similar machineryAbility to safely handle and transport materials in a fast-paced settingBasic understanding of quality standards and inspection processesStrong attention to detail and safety awarenessAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periodsReliable attendance and strong work ethic
