Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
1. General Expectations
- Serve as a representative of Logan University and the Office of Admissions
- Actively recruit students to Logan University and its programs
- Work towards achieving assigned territory and institutional enrollment goals
- Ability to clearly and simply articulate the value propositions of Logan University, its degree programs, and the specific requirements for completing the application process
- Collaborate with the Office of Admissions leadership to provide superb visit experiences for all visitors to Logan University.
- Work cross-departmentally with institutional leaders to serve students
- Assist with on-campus events, including but not limited to: Future Leopard Weekends, Orientation, Advisor Day, etc.
- Champion prospective students (and their support systems) as they consider becoming a student at Logan University.
2. Funnel Management
- Provide excellent and timely communication to students and families throughout the course of the admissions process
- Responsible for cultivating relationships with students via tele-counseling, emails, text messages, and in-person meetings
- Tasked with reviewing and evaluating applications for admission into Logan University.
- Connect prospective students and applicants with offices across campus as students join the Logan community.
- Work with the Admissions Operations team to create a seamless application review and acceptance process for students
- Assist in reviewing and following up with applicants based on their current status
- Aid students in navigating the financial aid and enrollment process at Logan University
3. Virtual Experience
- Collaborate with the Director of Admissions and the Assistant Director of Admissions to provide excellent virtual experience options for online students
- Present recruitment-related materials (internally and externally) and help walk prospective students through the admissions process
- Host prospective student lunches and campus tours, and be conversant in the university's mission, goals, history, campus numbers/statistics, etc.
- Assist in hosting online webinars that help educate and connect students to Logan University and its degree programs.
Essential Job Measurables:
- Engage with and manage more than 2,000 inquiries and 500 applicants over the course of an annual recruitment cycle
- Annually host 200+ prospective students and families for campus visits
- Annually host and coordinate at least 4 webinars a year
- Complete at least 5,000+ phone calls over the course of a year
- Deliver, manage, or respond to more than 2,500+ texts in a recruitment cycle
- Effectively and proactively respond to inbound communication within 1 business day

- Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of related experience in a professional environment.
- Candidate must have strong people skills with the ability to clearly communicate the mission, policies, and procedures of the University.
- Excellent interpersonal and team-building skills. Strong listening and problem-solving abilities with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to maintain high standards of ethics, integrity, and professionalism, and to handle sensitive student information.

- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as necessary.
Certificates, Licenses and Registrations: Must possess a valid driver's license
Other Qualifications: Must be able to travel 30% of the time and work weekends occasionally
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have a strong working knowledge of Slate by Technolutions and Microsoft products, such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Teams. Applicants must also have the ability to learn new programs as needed.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, use hands and fingers, reach with hands and arms, and talk and hear to answer phones, work on a computer, use office equipment, and reach for files, documents, pens, pencils, etc. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision to read and write reports and to use a computer. Must occasionally stoop or kneel to perform filing duties. Must occasionally lift stacks of paper and brochures weighing up to 10 pounds.
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the individual is exposed to a typical indoor office environment. The noise level is usually moderate.
