Exciting Opportunity for Experienced Registered Nurses

We are thrilled to announce a sign-on bonus of $10,000 for qualified Registered Nurses (RNs) with experience. This incentive is available to eligible candidates and cannot be combined with other bonuses or financial assistance programs.

Role Overview

As a Registered Nurse specializing in Psychiatric Adult care, your insights and contributions to patient care are highly valued. You will have the opportunity to engage in open, collaborative relationships with your direct supervisor, as well as participate in formal initiatives through hospital councils and national nursing programs. Your role will be pivotal in shaping decisions that enhance patient outcomes and advance the nursing profession.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patient conditions upon admission and during each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes in status.
• Execute medical procedures and monitoring tasks as directed by healthcare providers, ensuring accurate documentation of care in patient medical records.
• Deliver exceptional patient care by responding swiftly to requests and proactively addressing patient needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop, evaluate, and implement a comprehensive treatment plan that supports patient recovery.
• Facilitate continuity of care by acting as a liaison between healthcare providers and community support systems for specialized patient groups.

Qualifications

• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification.
• Completion of Nonviolent Crisis Intervention training within 90 days of employment.
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Diploma in Nursing.
• No travel is required for this position.
• A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is required.
