Broward & Palm Beach | South Florida

Full-Time | Field-Based

Expected Earnings: $75K–$100K+ | Uncapped Commission | 90-Day Guaranteed Ramp

Sweet Carocas is a fast-growing South Florida manufacturer of premium, ready-to-serve refrigerated and frozen desserts.

In our first year and a half, we’ve grown to serve:

300+ restaurant locations

10 hospitals

40+ supermarket locations

Major foodservice distribution partners

Now we’re looking for a Territory Sales Manager to help build the next stage of our growth across Broward and Palm Beach.

This isn’t a route-maintenance position. We’re looking for someone who can open doors, build relationships, close business and grow a territory.

The Opportunity

• You’ll develop business across restaurants, restaurant groups, hospitality, healthcare, catering, retail and other foodservice accounts.
• You’ll work directly with company leadership and alongside foodservice distributor sales teams through ride-alongs, tastings, presentations and joint customer calls.
• You’ll have an existing foundation to build from, multiple product lines to sell and significant room to grow.

Who We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of successful outside B2B sales experience in foodservice, food distribution, hospitality, CPG or a related industry.

We’re especially interested if you:

• * Have existing relationships in Broward and/or Palm Beach.
• * Have personally opened and grown foodservice accounts.
• * Understand how to work with distributor sales representatives.
• * Are comfortable selling to chefs, restaurant owners, operators, purchasing teams and senior decision-makers.
• * Know how to prospect, follow up and close.
• * Are disciplined with CRM and pipeline management.
• * Are entrepreneurial, accountable and comfortable in a high-growth environment.
• * Have reliable transportation and enjoy being in the field.

English required. Spanish is a plus.

Compensation & Growth

• We want strong performers to participate in the value they create.
• 90-Day Ramp: Guaranteed compensation equivalent to a $60,000 annualized income.
• After Ramp: Base salary + uncapped performance-based commission.
