Picker Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 17.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:30am to 05:00pm)

The Warehouse Picker is responsible for accurately selecting, collecting, and preparing products for shipment based on customer orders and operational requirements. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and adherence to safety standards to ensure inventory accuracy and timely order fulfillment. This role will also help with replenishment of products throughout the warehouse as directed and trained on how to do so. They will be required to help keep a neat and clean warehouse.

Picker Qualifications:

• 1-3 years warehouse experience is required for this position with basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills.
• High School Diploma or GED is required for this role.
• Forklift is not required but is preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. is required.
• Follow all company safety procedures, quality standards, and warehouse policies.
