Rouse Trucking operates 350 trucks throughout the Northeast.Weekly Earnings: $1,350 to $1,450 paid every Friday by direct deposit | Extra pay for detention, layovers, breakdowns, and transition time during your first weeksRunning Area: Regional freight moves across the Northeast and portions of the Midwest, with most runs averaging around 250 miles. This lane setup supports productive weekday driving without relying on extended trip lengths.Approximately 50% of freight is drop and hook to reduce time spent waiting at docksNo-touch freight means drivers aren't responsible for loading or unloadingHome Time: Drivers operate Monday through Friday with Saturday and Sunday off | The weekly schedule includes a dependable 48-hour reset at homeYour Truck:Assigned 2021-2024 Freightliner Cascadia maintained on schedule with no slip seatingBattery-powered APU, refrigerator, 1,500-watt inverter, SiriusXM, 24-inch HD TV, and double bunksHealth Coverage:Blue Cross Blue Shield medical insuranceDelta Dental coverage and 401(k) with company matching after 60 daysPaid vacation and holidays once establishedFamily Friendly: Rider program is available for passengers 13 and older at minimal weekly cost | Dogs of any breed or size are welcome at no chargeEquipment: Each driver works from an assigned Cascadia equipped for regional operation and weekday comfort.
