Job Description Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated Production worker to join their team. As a Production worker, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing department supporting the production line. Job Title: Production worker Location: Carroll, IA Pay Range: Shift: 2nd Shift What's the Job? Learn to set up and operate test stands to check nozzles, spray bars, and valves for spray quality, angle, and flow according to specifications Operate laser markers and printers following established procedures and specifications Record spray parameters by serial number and certify product conformance through testing Assist in disassembling, repairing, and assembling products as needed Complete production documentation accurately and support continuous improvement initiatives What's Needed? High school diploma or GED Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard work procedures Willingness to work extended shifts and overtime as required Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards Basic mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn new skills What's in it for me?
