Essential Duties and Responsibilities Leads team by example in greeting guests, packaging orders, maintaining clean areas and all health and safety standards Trains, coaches and motivates team to provide excellent guest experiences Forecasts product usage Ensures product quality by monitoring temperatures and product on hand Reviews restaurant goals and results to identify successes and areas for improvement Help organize inventory and storage Works with Assistant Manager and General Manager to meet store goals and brand standards Manages cash control for start and end of shifts Is prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts Acts with integrity and honesty, and promotes the hospitable culture of Popeyes Popeyes is an equal opportunity employer that makes employment decisions based on skills and experience and we encourage all qualified applicants to apply.
