Licensed Insurance Agent – AAA Insurance
Cape Coral, FL | Full-Time, In-Office
Base Salary + Commission | Income Potential: $60,000–$90,000+

AAA Insurance – Oharriz Insurance Agency is growing, and we're looking for a motivated, sales-driven Licensed Insurance Agent who wants more than just a job.

This is an opportunity to represent the AAA brand , build a book of business, develop long-term customer relationships, and increase your income through production and performance.

What You'll Do:

• Connect with prospects and existing AAA members to identify insurance needs.
• Quote and sell Auto, Home, Life, Umbrella, Flood, and other available products .
• Maximize opportunities by identifying appropriate bundling and cross-selling solutions.
• Work agency leads, referrals, renewals, and follow-up opportunities.
• Prospect for new business and build referral relationships.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and customers.
• Ask for the sale and guide customers from quote through policy activation.
• Build lasting client relationships that generate retention and referrals.

What We're Looking For:

• Active Florida 20-44 Personal Lines or 2-20 General Lines (P&C) license required .
• Sales-minded and motivated by achieving goals.
• Comfortable prospecting, following up, and asking for the business .
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organized and able to manage multiple prospects and follow-ups.
• Positive, professional, coachable, and team-oriented.
• Insurance sales experience preferred.
• A strong desire to learn, improve, and increase your earning potential.
