What You'll Do:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care using the nursing process in an ER environment
- Assess patient conditions and develop appropriate care plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Delegate and manage nursing team resources effectively
- Utilize data to evaluate outcomes and improve patient care
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Adapt care to diverse patient populations and needs
- Document accurately and thoroughly in electronic health records
What You Need:
- Required:
- Current RN license in Louisiana
- BLS certification
- CPI, ACLS, PALS certifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in emergency or critical care settings
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Preferred:
- Additional clinical certifications or specialties
- Experience working in fast-paced hospital environments
