Customer Service Insurance Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to become a part of our organization! You will be the face of the organization and handle front line customer service issues in person and by phone.
Responsibilities:
- Correspond with customers and coordinate with agents to compile and transfer accurate information
- Take accurate and detailed statements from all involved parties
- Calculate and approve payment of outstanding and upcoming bills for clients
- Greet Customers that come into the office
- Answer phone calls professionally and route calls efficiently.
- Make outbound calls, text and emails to clients to offer financial solutions appointments.
- Assist with Office Duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in insurance PREFERRED NOT REQUIRED
- Experience in customer service is a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal listening skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
