In-Home Therapist- 4-day work week!

Work just 4 days a week — and enjoy a 3‑day weekend, every weekend! Northeast Family Services is seeking clinicians to join our growing team in Massachusetts. The In-Home Therapist (IHT) will provide structured, consistent, strength‑based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home for the purpose of treating a youth’s behavioral needs. Independent licensed clinicians have opportunities to expand their skillsets; we provide supervision for independent licensure. Qualifications Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education or related CBHI approved degree program. Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting (highly desirable). Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral‑emotional disorders (preferred). Experience working with children on the autism spectrum (desirable). Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.; we are unable to sponsor employment visas. Access to a laptop or device, high‑speed secure internet, and a phone required for FFS positions. Access to high‑speed secure internet required for full‑time positions. Benefits Option of a traditional 5‑day or a 4‑day work week. Work four 10‑hour shifts, Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday. Summer Fun Fridays: early Friday closures at 12:30 pm from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
