HR Business Center Representative II - Human Resources

In this onsite HR Business Center role, you will support employees and candidates while helping keep HR transactions and onboarding moving smoothly. Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for employees reaching out to Human Resources; complete routine tasks under moderate supervision Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external candidates after offer acceptance to support a smooth onboarding process Provide resources and solutions for HR inquiries and maintain accurate documentation Apply thorough knowledge of Human Resources policies and procedures to support HR Business Center operations Escalate more complex issues as needed and help identify opportunities to improve HR Business Center processes Assist with resolving employee issues related to HR policies and procedures, HR systems, compensation, payroll, benefits, and recruitment Help ensure efficiency of Business Center operations, technology use, and transaction processes by establishing standards and procedures Coordinate services with Human Resource Information Systems, Human Resource program managers, and technology specialists Requirements Customer focus : excellent customer relations, interpersonal, and conflict management skills Technology literacy : basic computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases; strong data entry skills Confidentiality : demonstrated ability to exercise discretion with confidential information Execution : detailed-oriented with experience managing multiple tasks simultaneously Experience Minimum 3-5 years hands-on Human Resources and/or customer service-related experience Education High School or equivalent Technologies Workday Kronos ServiceNow Certifications Fire Life Safety Training (LA City): if no card upon hire, obtain within 30 days of hire and maintain renewal before expiration date (required within LA City only) Preferred 1 year hospital or healthcare experience 1 year Human Resources experience related to New Hire Onboarding Ability to interpret and apply pertinent rules and regulations and identify and implement continuous process improvements Knowledge of Workday, Kronos, and ServiceNow or other case management software Experience working in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities; ability to triage requests and inquiries and route them to the appropriate parties HR Certification Compensation and Location Location : Arcadia, CA (onsite) Pay : USD 26.00 - 41.28 per hour #J-18808-Ljbffr Keck Medical Center of USC
