Role Description: Mayra Quaas - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service. We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist. Ideal Candidate: Highly organized, detail-oriented, committed to a positive workplace, eager to learn and grow in the insurance industry. Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers’ needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects. Qualifications: Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Compensation: $37,000.00 - $44,000.00 per year.
