Responsibilities Guide a modern, state‑of‑the‑art 180,000‑square‑foot facility focused on community‑based, compassionate care and regional hub for comprehensive services in a five‑county area. Partner closely with physician leaders, nursing leadership, and shared services to drive clinic operations, patient access, provider onboarding, P&L stewardship, budgeting, revenue cycle optimization, EHR workflows, quality and safety metrics, regulatory compliance, and value‑based performance. Oversee practice managers and multidisciplinary teams—including nurses and a diverse healthcare professional team spanning primary care, specialty clinics, pharmacy, PT/OT, care management, and social work—to rally behind service excellence, Just Culture, and continuous improvement. Ensure every patient experience is seamless end‑to‑end and that the organization meets performance objectives for growth and population health. Qualifications Experience and leadership in clinical practice operations, with a proven track record of managing multi‑specialty sites, budgeting, revenue cycle, and quality improvement initiatives is required.
