Avir at Enchanted Rock is seeking an experienced and motivated Director of Rehabilitation to lead our therapy department in beautiful Fredericksburg, Texas. Position Summary

The Director of Rehabilitation is responsible for the overall management, coordination, and supervision of rehabilitation services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and compliance with all regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for fostering a positive team environment.

Qualifications

Candidates must hold a current Texas license in one of the following disciplines:

• Physical Therapist (PT)

• Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

• Occupational Therapist (OT)

• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

• Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Additional Requirements

• Current Texas state licensure in good standing

• Previous rehabilitation management or leadership experience preferred

• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred

• Strong communication, organizational, and team-building skills

• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and rehabilitation regulations

• Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily rehabilitation operations

• Lead, mentor, and support therapy staff

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company regulations

• Monitor productivity, clinical outcomes, and quality measures

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care

• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and performance management

• Promote a culture of clinical excellence and customer service
