Position Overview:


As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients regain their independence and improve their quality of life. You will assess patients' needs, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions to address a variety of conditions. This role requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a passion for helping patients achieve their goals.


Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to facilitate recovery and improve daily living skills.
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic activities and techniques for continued progress at home.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Stay current with advancements in occupational therapy practices and continuing education.

Qualifications:

• Education:
  • Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy curriculum.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Licensure: Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Idaho.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
