Patient Care Technician

Dialysis Patient Care Technician (PCT)DaVita is seeking an experienced Dialysis Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients undergoing Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) and Home Hemodialysis (HHD) in an outpatient setting. This role provides hands-on support, education, and care coordination under RN supervision to patients managing kidney failure at home.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with training patients and caregivers on PD and HHD proceduresSupport clinical team with patient monitoring, documentation, and equipment prepConduct home supply inventory and assist with arranging deliveriesMonitor vital signs and collect lab specimens as neededMaintain equipment and ensure compliance with safety protocolsCollaborate with nurses, dietitians, and social workersRequirementsAccredited High School diploma, general education development ("GED") credential, or equivalentValid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insuranceComfortable working with medical supplies, blood, and needlesAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends/holidaysPhysical stamina for long shifts and on-your-feet workCCHT requiredWhat We OfferPaid training with ongoing education and career pathsFull benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, paid time offFamily support: backup child/elder care, Headspace, EAP, parental leaveCareer development Programs: Clinical Ladders, Bridge to Your Dreams RN programMake a difference in kidney care.
