As a Med Surg Charge Nurse, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the unit during night shifts. Your responsibilities will include:

Overseeing and coordinating patient care activities
Providing leadership and support to nursing staff
Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
Utilizing the CPSI-Evident EMR system for patient documentation
Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes

Requirements:

Active AHA BLS and KS or multistate license
Previous Med Surg and ER experience
Experience in a Critical Access Hospital (CAH) setting
Need 1 year experience in setting
Availability to start on or before 10/05/2026
Prefer previous travel experience
