Travel OR Nurse (RN) | Bonita Springs, Florida

Schedule/Hours:

• Days: 6:30a-5p
• 13-week assignment starting ASAP
• Variable shift times/days based on patient volume
• Call required
• Expectation to float between campuses as needed

Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications required
• Minimum 2+ years' operating room experience (strength in Ortho, Neuro, Robotics, ENT, General Surgery, Urology)
• Proficient with Cerner electronic medical records
• CNOR preferred

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate sound critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership within the OR environment
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, ORTs, and ancillary staff to ensure optimal patient care
• Anticipate and plan for the specific needs of each surgical case
• Oversee supply readiness and case timelines, upholding department standards
• Maintain communication with patient families and interdisciplinary teams
• Update physician preference cards and assist with scrubbing as needed
• Supervise staff delivering patient care according to regulatory and hospital protocols
