How You'll Make An Impact In This Role

• Lead and empower nursing and support teams during your shift, directing and educating staff to ensure high-quality patient care and operational success.
• Coordinate daily patient care by assessing clinical needs and designing strategic staff assignments that prioritize the unique requirements of each patient.
• Evaluate clinical effectiveness by continuously monitoring patient outcomes, proactively identifying roadblocks, and swiftly resolving care concerns through established team channels.
• Support team growth by actively contributing to performance evaluations and providing vital input on the hiring, training, and development of frontline staff.

What Minimum Requirements You'll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing required.

Education:

• Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required.
