• Lead engaging wine tastings , sharing knowledge in a fun and approachable way
• Create memorable experiences for guests, helping them discover wines they love
• Assist with special wine events and exciting promotions
• Keep our tasting room beautifully stocked and displayed
• Process sales and build lasting relationships with customers
• Work alongside a supportive and passionate team

• a people‑person who enjoys talking to guests and making them feel welcome
• Strong communication & public speaking skills
• Ability to multi‑task and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment
• a team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Comfort with basic technology (Point of Sale system, Word, Excel)
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. (wine boxes can be heavy!)
• Weekend availability required

• Retail, customer service, or hospitality experience
• Previous wine knowledge (we’ll train you!)
