As a Contract Sales Recruiter , you will play a critical role in helping TRM scale its go-to-market organization by leading full-cycle recruiting for Sales roles during a pivotal phase of growth. You’ll partner closely with sales leaders and hiring managers to define talent needs, build strong candidate pipelines, and deliver high-quality hires across priority roles. This contract role is focused on execution, speed, and quality. You’ll help TRM identify, evaluate, and engage top sales talent in competitive markets while creating a thoughtful candidate experience that reflects our culture, values, and high talent bar. Your impact will be felt in both the hires you deliver and the recruiting practices you help strengthen along the way. You will: Own and drive full-cycle recruiting for Sales roles, including sourcing, screening, interview management, offer support, and close partnership with hiring teams. Partner with sales leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, align on role requirements, and deliver against critical growth priorities. Build and manage strong pipelines of high-caliber sales talent in competitive markets. Develop creative sourcing strategies and market maps to identify and engage passive candidates. Create candidate experiences that reflect TRM’s culture, values, and high talent bar at every touchpoint. Act as a trusted recruiting partner to hiring managers, helping define what “great” looks like for sales talent. Move with urgency while maintaining quality, consistency, and attention to detail throughout the hiring process. Use recruiting data and market insights to identify bottlenecks, advise hiring teams, and improve hiring outcomes. Support process improvements that help increase speed, quality, and consistency across Sales recruiting. We’re looking for someone who has: 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong track record hiring Sales or go-to-market talent. Proven success recruiting in high-growth, fast-paced environments. Experience partnering directly with sales leaders and hiring managers as a trusted talent advisor. Strong sourcing skills and the ability to build pipelines of high-performing sales candidates in competitive markets. Ability to quickly understand sales profiles, talent markets, and business priorities. Experience managing multiple requisitions while maintaining strong candidate experience and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, with a structured, proactive, and async-friendly working style. Sound judgment, strong ownership, and comfort operating with urgency and ambiguity. A candidate-first mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional experiences across roles and levels. Prior experience in SaaS, fintech, crypto, compliance, or other complex B2B environments is a plus. About the Team: Our talent team is fully remote, embracing async communication and collaboration through Slack channels, thorough documentation, and proactive updates to keep work moving forward smoothly across time zones. We’re committed to structured alignment, holding weekly hiring syncs for each role, weekly team sourcing syncs, and bi-weekly team meetings to ensure everyone is on the same page and to solve challenges collectively. Driven by a dedication to our craft, we continuously refine our best practices and data quality to deliver an exceptional experience for both internal stakeholders and candidates, supported by precise, reliable reporting. As a globally distributed team, we operate across various time zones, yet most of us overlap for collaboration and meetings between 7am-12pm PST, bringing flexibility and resilience to our work routines. All team members, regardless of location, maintain at least a 4-hour overlap with PST business hours to enable real-time collaboration and drive solutions effectively across the team. Learn about TRM Speed in this position: Within 72 hours of receiving a position, you schedule the intake meeting, open the position in the ATS, post the description, design the interview process, configure the interview plan. Within a week of opening a position, you have conducted 5-10 Recruiter Screens and have conducted the first sync with the Hiring Team for calibration. Two weeks after the initial interviews, you analyze the data to identify what is and isn’t driving pass rates and conversions. You share your insights and recommendations with the hiring team to refine and optimize the search, and you continue to monitor and adjust the approach until the position is filled.
