Physical Therapist – Pelvic Floor / Outpatient Travel outpatient physical therapist needed in Reedsport, Oregon, for a 13‑week assignment at Lower Umpqua Hospital District. The role offers a diverse caseload with a focus on pelvic health and additional therapy diagnoses in a community‑focused setting. Responsibilities Provide high‑quality physical therapy services to patients with pelvic floor conditions. Assess, diagnose, and treat patients across a range of therapy diagnoses. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Document patient progress and communicate within the interdisciplinary team. Requirements Active Oregon PT License or ability to obtain within 90 days. Experience in pelvic floor therapy (required). Pelvic floor certification or advanced training preferred.
