What will you do? Evaluate jobs and document responsibilities in job descriptions; perform data analysis for salary administration program; analyze compensation surveys; conduct market analysis to determine competitive positioning; participate in annual performance management and incentive programs; develop salary administration process; administer wage garnishments; prepare reports; respond to requests; maintain confidentiality. JOB ANALYSIS: Evaluate jobs; implement job analysis instruments; maintain job descriptions; interview and survey employees and managers; assess jobs for classification; maintain job grading data. SALARY ADMINISTRATION: Collect and analyze data for salary program; contribute to and analyze market surveys; benchmark jobs; use software to assess trends; prepare and maintain job classifications and salary ranges. REPORTING, AUDITING, AND COMPLIANCE: Prepare and present summary reports; assemble and analyze salary reports for management; ensure compliance with internal and external policies; advise on employment regulations. WORKDAY SME: Serve as subject‑matter expert for Workday compensation system; maintain data integrity; troubleshoot and report bugs; evaluate new features during updates. Assist with quarterly and annual payroll reporting for inter‑company billings and annual reporting. Perform payroll audits to verify pay accuracy for hires, resignations, promotions, leaves, relocations, and wage garnishments; respond to auditor requests. TRAINING: Educate managers and employees; develop training materials; answer questions about compensation programs. Education Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience required. Experience Five or more years of related work experience required. Licenses and Certifications SPHR or SHRM‑SCP preferred. Required Knowledge Math (including algebra, calculus, probability, and statistics) Personal computer related spreadsheet and database manipulation software Preferred Knowledge Insurance terminology Human Resource laws and practices (EEO, Fair Labor Standards Act, Workers' Compensation, Americans with Disabilities Act, Family and Medical Leave Act, etc.) Required Skills and Abilities Excellent analytical, mathematical, problem‑solving, and human relations skills Advanced Excel and Word skills Excellent organizational and time‑management skills Strong grammar, punctuation, and spelling Excellent oral and written communication at all levels Maintain strict confidentiality using appropriate discretion Ability to work as part of a team Handle multiple high priorities Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Organize information and materials Identify and analyze problems, generate solutions, and implement recommendations Analyze, compile, compute, reconcile and verify data Work with high visibility Make presentations Work additional time as needed Work independently Benefits, Perks and more!
