The person in this position will process accounts receivables and complete filing, scanning, copying, and other activities in support of the Accounting Department.*This is a fully onsite position at our Moberly, Missouri location!*Mid-Am Building Supply offers a competitive wage and benefit package! We have three employer-sponsored medical plan offerings including an HSA, dental, vision, flexible spending, company paid life insurance, paid long-term and short-term disability, PTO, paid holidays, and 401k program with employer match.**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS*** Apply customer payments to the open invoices on their account.* Process customer credit card payments.* Prepare the daily bank deposit.* Scan all incoming checks into the bank scanning system. Perform various month end tasks on the last day of the month.* Process direct material shipment billings.* Scanning of paper documents to be stored in the document imaging system.## Qualifications**POSITION QUALIFICATIONS*** Associate's Degree* Accounts Receivable or Accounting experience is preferred* Must have excellent computer skills. Computer skills must include: + Ability to use Microsoft Outlook to read, forward, and store vendor invoices received via email. + Willingness to learn and understand how to use Agility, our ERP operating system.* Ability to scan paper documents into our electronic imaging system to store those documents.* Assertive, clear, and concise written/oral communication skills, including following directions.* Ability to clearly communicate on the phone.* Be detail oriented and have outstanding organization skills.* Have problem-solving skills and experience.* Ability to multi-task effectively.**About the Company**Mid-Am Building Supply is the premier wholesale distributor of building products to America's Heartland.
