Bergamos Retreat, a premier destination spa with over 25 years of loyal clientele, is seeking experienced Licensed Massage Therapists to join our growing team.
What We Offer- Competitive Compensation : The greater of hourly rate or commission — structured to be comparable to renting your own space, with full gratuity and no fees .
- Flexible Scheduling : Create a schedule that works for your lifestyle.
- Daily Treatment Limit : Maximum of 5 hours of massage per day (ideal for therapists who want to protect their body and longevity in the profession).

- Beautiful treatment rooms equipped with top-of-the-line Gharieni motorized massage tables .
- Access to innovative wellness modalities including Quartz Sand Therapy, Sound Therapy, Chromotherapy, Vichy Shower, Far Infrared treatments, and more.

- Current Texas Massage Therapist License (in good standing)
