Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Soldering & Circuit Board Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in soldering, wiring, and working with electronic components and printed circuit boards (PCBs). This position requires precision, a steady hand, and the ability to follow technical instructions and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Perform hand soldering of electronic components on circuit boards following IPC standards.
• Inspect and test completed boards to ensure quality and functionality.
• Assemble, repair, and rework circuit boards and electronic assemblies as needed.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

Qualifications:

• Previous soldering and PCB assembly experience required.
• Knowledge of electronic components and circuit board layouts.
• Ability to use soldering irons, hand tools, and microscopes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions.'
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work the assigned shift
