At The Commons, technology plays an important role in creating an exceptional experience for our residents, families, and associates.We are seeking an IT Technical Programming Coordinator who is both technically capable and genuinely service-oriented – someone who enjoys solving problems, building relationships, and making technology easier for others to use.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary on-site technology resource for residents, staff, vendors, and Home OfficeEducate, troubleshoot and support residents and families on computers, mobile devices, email, social media, streaming services, and community technology platforms, and provide cybersecurity education and guidance regarding scams, phishing, fraud prevention, and online safety.Develop technology resources, training materials, and educational programs.Coordinate with vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues.Primary administrator for phone, life safety - including eCall - and security equipment, timeclocks, garage access devices, gate systems, and resident credentialsSupports nurse call systems, timekeeping systems, multifunction printers, audio/visual equipment, and community technology infrastructure, including troubleshooting, supply management, and coordination of vendor serviceAssist with onboarding and offboarding of residents and associates including internet, phone, cable and community technology services requiring account access, password resets, Microsoft Authentication enrollment,.Lead and support community technology implementations, upgrades, and expansion projects, partnering with Home Office technology teams and community leadership on strategic technology initiatives.Research, evaluate, and recommend technology solutions to improve resident and staff experiences, encompassing documentation, forms and training resources.Monitor system performance and coordinate maintenance, upgrades, repairs and inventory of technology equipment, software, licenses and other IT assetsMeets customer service standards in a friendly, helpful, and courteous mannerRequirementsAssociate degree, technical certification, or equivalent combination of education and technology experience.Strong knowledge of computer systems, networking, mobile devices, access control systems, and technology support.Excellent communication, training, and customer service skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and provide support in a fast-paced environment.Experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality or a multi-sized environment is a plusAs a community associate at Benchmark, you will have access to a variety of benefits including, but not limited to, the following:Discounted Meal Program401k Retirement Plan with Company Match*Medical, Vision & Dental Benefits*Tuition Reimbursement Program*Vacation, Health & Wellness, 8 holidays & 3 floating personal Paid Time Off**Eligibility may vary by employment statusBenchmark Senior Living is committed to fostering, cultivating, and preserving a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.We embrace and encourage our associates' differences in age, color, disability, ethnicity, family or marital status, gender identity or expression, language, national origin, physical and mental ability, political affiliation, race, religion, sexual orientation, socio-economic status, veteran status, and other characteristics that make our associates unique.
