Position Summary

This position is responsible for supporting the parts department and inter-company transfers of material by

ensuring parts are readily available and assisting with the data entry and management of the ERP system (SAP).

Essential Functions

• Handles all parts orders and creation of production orders needed to fulfill customer orders

• Directs make-to-order parts to manufacturing (typically extrusions)

• Creates production orders to have top assemblies available for immediate picking

• Maintain parts and supply inventories by verifying inventory levels

• Organize and maintain parts, supplies and material inventory through proper labeling and storage

• Maintain a clean and orderly work area ensuring workspace and storage areas are free from debris and clutter

• A service-oriented individual with a high energy, positive and friendly demeanor

• Ability to respond to continually changing priorities and coordinate multiple projects

• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (including Outlook, Excel, and Word)

• Strong customer service, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English

Education, Training, Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required
