Schedule: We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as these are peak sales periods and important opportunities for maximizing earnings.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers, identify vehicle needs, and recommend new or pre-owned options.
• Present vehicle features, technology, pricing, and available incentives.
• Conduct vehicle walkarounds, product demonstrations, and test drives.
• Guide customers through the automotive sales process from initial contact through delivery.
• Prospect for new business and build repeat and referral customer relationships.
• Follow up with leads, appointments, and past customers using the dealership CRM.
• Maintain current knowledge of Chevrolet and Cadillac models, inventory, and manufacturer programs.
• Partner with Sales Managers and Finance to complete vehicle transactions efficiently.

What You'll Bring

• Previous experience in automotive, sales, service, retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong organization
• Comfortable learning dealership systems, processes, products, and procedures.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record when required for the position.
