You will dedicate 37.5 hours each week at one of three dynamic school sites: intensive support at the elementary level, or supplemental resource roles at the middle and high school levels.

Desired Qualifications:

• Current certification as a Special Education Teacher
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Special Education or related field
• Experience with IEP development, implementation, and assessment
• Flexibility to adapt to diverse student needs and varying classroom environments
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with general education teachers and support staff
• Commitment to fostering inclusive, positive learning settings

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized instruction tailored to diverse learning abilities
• Develop and uphold effective IEPs for students on caseload
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and related service providers
• Track student progress and report on measurable goals
• Employ a variety of strategies and supports to help students access curriculum
• Maintain accurate records and compliance with state/federal regulations
