About Atúlo Health

Atulo Health is a multi-state provider of home and infusion suite nursing services. We partner with pharmacies and other healthcare organizations to provide patient-centered infusion care in patients' homes and designated infusion suites.
As Atulo continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Director of Nursing & Clinical Operations to help lead our nursing organization, strengthen clinical operations, and build systems that allow us to scale effectively.

Role Description

The Director of Nursing is a key member of the leadership team responsible for advancing clinical excellence, operational performance, and strategic growth across the organization. We are looking for an experienced RN who takes ownership of outcomes. When a recurring clinical or operational problem arises, the Director provides oversight and direction to nursing staff while ensuring professional development, quality outcomes, excellence in the patient experience, and increasing workforce engagement. He/She You will work across nursing, recruiting, operations, and company leadership to strengthen how Atulo recruits, activates, supports, and manages its growing nursing workforce while maintaining high standards of patient care. 

Key Responsibility

The Director of Nursing & Clinical Operations will:

• Demonstrated expertise in Nursing and Medicine relevant to infusion therapy and home-based clinical care.
• Help ensure nursing capacity is aligned with patient and referral demand.
• Support nurse recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, activation, engagement, and performance.
• Strong clinical judgment with the ability to independently assess, escalate, and resolve complex patient and nursing issues.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively partner with nurses, physicians, pharmacy partners, operational leaders, executives, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with Long-term Care or chronic disease management in outpatient or home-care environments.
• Ability to coach, develop, and hold nursing teams accountable while maintaining a high standard of clinical practice.
• Experience supporting geographically distributed or multi-state nursing teams preferred.

• Comfortable operating in a fast-growing environment where processes and systems continue to evolve.
• Experience supporting geographically distributed or multi-state nursing teams preferred.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work across interdisciplinary teams.

Minimum Qualification

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required. Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or other relevant advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional nursing experience
• Licensure, Certification & Registration: Current, active, and unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the state of employment (Massachusetts, California, or Connecticut) required; advanced clinical certification (e.g., infusion therapy, oncology, or similar) preferred.

Schedule

• Full-time leadership position.
• On-call responsibilities as required to support clinical operations.
• Weekend coverage as needed.
• No routine shift rotation.
• Ability to support nursing operations across multiple markets and time zones as needed.

Pay Range
$100,000.00 USD - $150,000.00 USD

The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined by several factors, including seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, the geography of the work location, job responsibilities, and other factors permitted by law.
