PETROLEUM CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER Department: Construction (Energy Infrastructure) Job Type: Full-time Location: SOCAL w/ travel around Western US SUMMARY FASTECH is seeking a Petroleum Construction Project Manager to lead the full EPC lifecycle of fueling station and energy-infrastructure construction projects. You'll own schedule, budget, subcontractors, and client delivery. RESPONSIBILITIES Manage petroleum and alternative-fuel construction projects end-to-end: planning, procurement, scheduling, execution, and closeout. Own project budget, cost tracking, change orders, and margin; report status to ownership and clients. Coordinate crews, foremen, subcontractors, and vendors; manage submittals, RFIs, and permits. Serve as primary client contact; manage scope, expectations, and deliverables. Enforce safety, quality, and code-compliance standards on every jobsite. Manage project documentation and workflows in Procore and D365 Business Central. QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years managing commercial construction projects; petroleum/fueling or energy-infrastructure experience strongly preferred. Proven command of construction scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor management. Working knowledge of fueling systems, UST/AST, dispensers, and site civil/electrical scope. Proficiency with Procore or equivalent PM software; strong reporting and communication skills. Valid driver's license; ability to travel to jobsites across the territory. Bachelor's in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent field experience. PREFERRED PMP or OSHA 30; experience with hydrogen, CNG, or EV infrastructure builds.
