Building Maintenance Technician

1st Shift: Monday-Friday 5:30 AM - 2:30 PM Starting Wage: $22.75/hour Job Location: S45W29290 WI-59, Waukesha, WI 53189 The Maintenance Technician is expected to perform HVAC emergency, routine, and preventive maintenance including changing filters and belts while maintaining safety, communicating effectively, and training employees. Responsible for equipment testing, daily problem solving, preventive maintenance, quick fix and repairs, fill in for facilities personnel, moving office or conference room furniture, rooftop units, overhead doors, and assisting other facilities maintenance functions as needed.
