Job Description We are seeking a Client Service Delivery Analyst to join our team supporting Nasdaq Governance Solutions. The role requires strong experience in client service, software application support, and stakeholder communication with a proven ability to manage time-sensitive client requests, deliver effective user training, and collaborate across product and engineering teams . This is an onsite role with two contractor openings. Hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. ET to 5:30 p.m. ET. Responsibilities: Support mandatory MFA migration activities for clients. Provide e-mail and telephone support for Board Portal software. Develop and maintain positive client relationships by delivering value and anticipating needs. Deliver user training and respond to inquiries in a timely manner. Assist in identifying business and system requirements. Contribute to the creation of operational and user documentation. Communicate client requirements to Account Administrators and Success Managers. Promote new features and company capabilities to clients. Collaborate with Product and Engineering to craft client solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications: Excellent written and spoken English. Strong affinity for working with software applications and user support. Experience in a client-facing role supporting sophisticated products. Effective collaboration skills with a positive, performance-driven approach. Reliable, detail-focused, and resilient under pressure. Self-sufficient with the ability to manage tasks independently. Ability to multitask and learn beyond the immediate remit. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with corporate governance or board portal platforms.
