Behavioral Health Associate - Night Shift

This position includes night shifts from 12am to 8:30am, with 5 to 8 shifts per week totaling 40 hours per week, including every other weekend (EOW).

Job Description

We are seeking qualified candidates for the role of Behavioral Health Associate (BHA) to provide essential support and care for patients during nighttime hours. This position requires strong crisis-management and de-escalation skills to ensure a safe and therapeutic environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to patients, maintaining professional boundaries and fostering therapeutic rapport.
• Utilize strong communication and observation skills to ensure patient safety and well-being.
• Work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
• Possess the physical ability to support patient care, including the potential use of restraints as per policy.
• Commit to trauma-informed care and patient-centered practices.

Required Experience

Candidates must have a minimum of 6 months experience in behavioral health or a related field.
